Special Features

Spray Chambers: illuminated spray chambers (high intensity LED's) for clear view of injector pattern. Unique operation programs for static spray test. Diagnosis of incorrect spray pattern, leaking or seized injectors.

 

Volumetric Tubes: graduated tubes for diagnosis of uneven flow rates and weak or defective nozzle spring. Automatic drainage after each test.

 

Embedded Control Panel: user friendly interface, guided set-up, auto or manual modes, injector protection function, auto diagnosis for drive selection, language localisation, simulation programs, customisation, upgradable.

 

Adaptors/Accessories: a wide range of components are available for a complete service of fuel injectors (screen filters, pintle caps, o-rings and others).

Reverse Flushing

An electronically controlled flush system removes all remaining residues inside the injector after cleaning with ultrasonics, by forcing testing fluid through it in a reverse flow.
