MT - CAN - LIN Training Simulator

The MT - CAN - LIN Training Simulator is a fully featured training aid. Comprising of real working actuators and full function control systems both classroom instructor and automotive student can benefit from a better understanding of modern vehicle communication networks.

Components includes aluminum frame construction, control panels, light switching, back lighting, rear view mirrors, fuse box harness, Xenon lights and an integrated breakdown simulator box. All systems are fuse protected and the control panels allow access for full data measurements safely.

By using the training simulator, students will gain a better understanding of vehicle communication protocols, recognise through visual electronic aids analog and multiplexing differences, perform real time projects using the training simulator and/or donor vehicle plus carry out simulated network breakdown tasks as pre-programmed into the simulator by the automotive class instructor.

The DMT-MUX8000 units represent a multiplexed network as in a vehicle situation. The set is comprised of 9 modules which can be linked depending on the projects set out by the instructor.

Motronic Injection System - Training Simulator DTP2000M    download PDF

This console consists of a control panel and a simulation panel with provision for setting of up faults on the rear and on the front of the console.

Central Locking System - Training Simulator DTP3000    download PDF

This console utilises a panel with an infrared receiver, timer unit and display of the actuators by means of LED's, and numerous measurement points enabling data acquisition. An actuator panel (front left door, front right door and boot) and a panel located behind the console can be used to set up numerous faults for practical work and exercises.
