Genisys 3.0 Scan Tool  

The OTC Genisys Scan Tool from SPX Corporation provides coverage for USA domestic vehicles, Asian and European vehicles.

 

Powering this scan tool are two revolutionary products - Automated System Test (AST) and the OBD II Smart Cable.

 

AST allows technicians to perform a more comprehensive diagnostic testing service with a touch of a single button.

 

AST checks DTC's, reviews Freeze Frame data, identifies component failures during Mode 6, checks oxygen sensors, reviews readiness monitors, records data streams and so much more.

 

AST also runs checks of all vehicle sub systems including Body Control systems, ABS, Global OBD II, SRS, Instrument Cluster, transmission plus others.

 

The OBD II Smart Cable eliminates the need for individual system smart insert cards (SSI). More than 40 SSI applications are covered by the Smart Cable with more being introduced.

 

The Smart Cable provides technicians with faster diagnostics, improved test capabilities and enhanced productivity.
