With CLIMA-6000 you can thus bring all the high technology “made in Brain Bee” to your workshop, with a very competitive quality/price ratio. This new product by Brain Bee makes full use of all the advantages associated to the R&D activity performed on TOP Level stations, while keeping the structure and functions optimised for an essential user-friendly and compact station. Very versatile, with its compact size and light weight, it is ideal for any use in the workshop: both as main station and as additional station, its features making it particularly handy as “mobile” station also for servicing outside the workshop.

INTEGRATED DATABASE (option)

Clima-6000 is equipped with the most complete database in the market: Autodata. It allows to optimisation of all the recharge operation phases, in relation to the car model on which the service is being made. Integrated in the A/C station software as factory setting, the database can be easily updated upon every future release, using CLIMA SOLUTION by Brain Bee.

Accessible from outside the chassis, it allows to discharge any air present, thus speeding up the recovery phase and ensuring greater purity of the refrigerant contained in the vessel

Thanks to this “reset” function, residual PAG oil within the machine can be completely replaced, with a view to managing changeover from maintenance of traditional engine vehicles to maintenance of hybrid vehicles.

EASILY MANEUVERABLE

CLIMA-6000 features have been conceived to ease positioning and handling in the workshop. Its light weight (only 55 Kg) and its compact size make it easily maneuverable.

The wheels system, specifically designed to ensure machine axis rotation, and the rear handle make it very easy to move the machine even in situations where space is limited.

EASY-SERVICE DESIGN

In line with the philosophy that inspired Clima-6000, even its maintenance (both routine and extraordinary) is made easier thanks to the “EASY SERVICE DESIGN” criteria.

All components subject to repeated maintenance servicing (the dryer filter, for instance, the replacement of which depends on the number of recharge services performed in the workshop) have been positioned in such a way as to be easily accessible even for non-experts, thus reducing maintenance times and ensuring CLIMA-6000 excellent and constant performance. Taps have been replaced with practical and effective automatic flow regulating systems that can be found on higher level equipment, to ensure a simplified approach during the recharge operation.

STANDARDS-COMPLIANT

A product’s value is also related to its conforming to the strictest regulations in terms of safety and quality. CLIMA-6000 meets all the requirements provided for by the European Directive concerning Electrical and Mechanical Safety, with particular reference to pressure vessels (PED). CLIMA-6000 has been designed to enable the workshop to comply with the standards set forth by the European regulation 842/2006, which involves those operating in the A/C recharge gas sector. Thanks to the integration with the storage device and the CLIMA SOLUTION software, any information on the recharge operation can be filed, thus allowing for an easier management of gas book keeping as well as helping workshop professionals in terms of customers management.
